5.6 Pre-set safety settings

Standard pre-set settings

The Syncore platform allows speciﬁc pre-set safety settings

to limit the following operating parameters:

• Maximumtemperature,either150°Cor100°C

• Minimumtemperature,either+20°Cor–20°C.

• Rotationalspeedofthebaseplate;either300or600rpm

• Automaticstartofthevortexmovementatthepreviously

set rotational speed or at a ﬁxed rotational speed of 60

rpm.

•InternalbrakeONorOFF

An automatic start of the vortex movement of the base plate

can be of advantage for integration of the unit into fully auto-

mated systems. In such a case, the unit is triggered by an

external signal. A program in the unit can be started with a

starting signal. Whenever the setting „AutoStart of the vortex

movement“ has been selected, the unit uses the speed that

was set last. In this case, no manual control of speed is re-

quired.

The basic settings differ depending on the conﬁguration in

question:

• Maximumrotationalspeed=600rpm

Syncore Polyvap

• Maximumtemperature=150°C

• Minimumtemperature=+20°C

• Maximumrotationalspeed=600rpm

Syncore Analyst

• Maximumtemperature=100°C

• Minimumtemperature=+20°C

• Maximumrotationalspeed=300rpm

No AutoStart
