E12 ‘FLOW’ message appears. Cooling medium ﬂow insufﬁcient. • Increase cooling water ﬂow and

press the “Aerate” button to conﬁrm

the error message.

• Adjust sensor.

• Check cable and plug of the ﬂow

sensor.

• Exchange sensor if defective or run

evaporation without ﬂow sensor.

Call service if problem is persistent.

E13 ‘LEVEL 1’ message appears. Filling level reached. • Empty receiving vessel 1 and press

the “Aerate” button to conﬁrm the

error message.

• Check cable and plug of the ﬂow

sensor.

• Exchange sensor if defective or run

evaporation with user controlled

ﬁlling level.

Call service if problem is persistent.

E14 ‘LEVEL 2’ message appears. Filling level reached. • Empty receiving vessel 2 and press
